Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Due to hygiene considerations, we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, worn in a sauna, washed, or otherwise show signs of use, unless the item is faulty.
For change-of-mind returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to provide a replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
