Shipping Information

At Banya, we aim to dispatch every order as quickly as possible so you can begin your sauna ritual without unnecessary delays.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day after the order is received.

Orders placed before 12:00 PM AEST on business days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off may be dispatched the following business day.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During periods of high demand, product launches, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.


Australia Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Shipping: Same state 2-4 business days; Interstate : 3-6 business days
  • Express Shipping: Same state 1-2 business days; Interstate : 1-3 business days

Delivery times vary depending on your location and Australia Post network conditions.

Remote and regional areas may experience longer transit times.


International Shipping

Estimated international delivery times vary by destination country, local postal services, and customs processing.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Banya is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email.

If you have not received your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@banya.au.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

Banya cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately and we will do our best to assist before the order is dispatched.


Delivery Delays

Banya is not responsible for delays once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@banya.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate resolution.
