Made from real wool felt, this traditional sauna hat uses natural fibres rather than synthetic materials or blended fabrics. Because natural wool fibres are compressed together rather than bound with synthetic materials, each hat may show natural fibre variation, occasional darker flecks, and some loose wool fibres, especially during initial use. This is a normal part of genuine wool’s character and reflects the all-natural material we choose to use.
Care & Usage Tip:
For the best thermal protection, keep your hat dry before entering the sauna. After your session, simply hang hat by the loop to air dry thoroughly.

- Crucial: Do not wring, twist, or aggressively squeeze the hat. This will damage the felted structure and permanently ruin the shape.

- If needed, hand wash cold with gentle wool detergent.

I would recommend this sauna hat, when I discovered there was such a thing, I thought No way this would work.
So i took a chance and purchased it, and yes it does work, I felt that my head was not getting overheated. It is a bigger fitting hat, but it can be rolled up if you don't like it to cover your face. So yes it is a great investment to protect you brain from overheating.
