We recently got an at home sauna and doing three-four sessions a week, I noticed my hair drying out a little and head getting very hot. After doing a bit of research we found Banya hats and love it. I would recommend this sauna hat, when I discovered there was such a thing, I thought No way this would work.
So i took a chance and purchased it, and yes it does work, I felt that my head was not getting overheated. It is a bigger fitting hat, but it can be rolled up if you don't like it to cover your face. So yes it is a great investment to protect you brain from overheating.

It works! I was a tad sceptical, but tried it out in the sauna and it made a world of difference. Normally only last a few minutes before feeling woozy, but with the hat on that feeling went away. Great quality too.
