Created through our collaboration with Bayside Community Care, the collection recognises the makers and the value of their work. Each woman has been paid for her embroidery, regardless of whether her hat sells.

Made from 100% New Zealand wool, each sauna hat combines the natural insulating properties of wool with distinctive hand embroidery. Wool helps slow heat transfer around the head, making it a practical choice for traditional Finnish saunas and Russian banyas.

Our hat is designed with a versatile fit that accommodates nearly all adult head sizes comfortably.
How to adjust: The wool brim can be easily folded up to tighten the fit for smaller heads, or rolled down for a relaxed, deeper fit on larger heads. This allows you to micro-adjust the snugness for a perfect, personalized experience every time.

100% Natural New Zealand Sheep Wool. Natural, undyed, and chemical-free.
Care Guide:
- Crucial: Do not wring, twist, or aggressively squeeze the hat. This will damage the felted structure and permanently ruin the shape.
- Naturally antibacterial – rarely needs washing unless got wet and didn't air dry.
- Air dry after each use away from direct heat and sunlight.
- If needed, hand wash cold with gentle wool detergent.
- Do not tumble dry.
